The EU Battery Regulation (EUBR) imposes strict due diligence obligations on economic operators placing batteries on the market or putting them into service. This training is provided by TÜV SÜD Knowledge Service and is carried out according to Articles 47 to 53 and Annex X of EUBR: first introduce the EUBR regulatory structure and the OECD due diligence process model, connecting with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; then interpret the tasks and obligations of different economic operators such as manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers and notified bodies; focus on battery due diligence policies, key social and environmental risk categories, traceability systems, reporting obligations, risk management and transparency requirements; finally, through the exercise "Assessing Due Diligence Policies," integrate responsible business conduct into the company's internal management system, control and transparency system and complaint handling mechanism.
