Based on TÜV SÜD's years of experience in the field of functional safety, we will guide you to deeply understand the newly released ISO/PAS 8800 standard — a document focusing on the important topic of "safety and artificial intelligence in the automotive industry." Today, artificial intelligence plays an increasingly critical role in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving functions. Existing ISO 26262 (road vehicle functional safety) and ISO 21448 (SOTIF) standards handle artificial intelligence in a relatively limited way or not at all.
