Course Introduction
With the rapid development of electric vehicles and energy storage systems, power batteries and charging infrastructure have become core links in the safety management of new energy vehicles. Power batteries involve key technologies such as high-voltage systems, thermal management, charging management and capacitors, and there are certain safety risks in design, use, warranty, recycling and abnormal working conditions. The course content includes introduction to energy storage systems, comparison of advantages and disadvantages of different battery types, high-voltage battery cooling systems, charging management systems, capacitor working principles, battery pack design considerations, failure modes, battery warranty, battery recycling, and battery fire risks and emergency handling.
At the same time, charging equipment and charging stations, as important infrastructure for electric vehicle energy replenishment, their equipment principles, charging cables, connectors and related international and national design standard requirements also directly affect safety, compliance and reliability during charging.
