Course Introduction
This course systematically teaches the core principles and practical operation methods of sampling inspection, aiming to help quality management personnel, inspection engineers and related practitioners scientifically and reasonably design and apply sampling schemes. The course starts with basic concepts such as "verification," "inspection" and "test," clarifies the applicable scenarios and economics of 100% inspection and sampling inspection, and systematically introduces the national statistical sampling standard system and standard selection principles. It deeply explains the construction and interpretation of OC curves, helping learners understand the balancing mechanism between producer's risk and consumer's risk in sampling inspection, and master the selection methods and design logic of various sampling plans for measurement values and count values. Through this course, learners can flexibly design sampling schemes according to different inspection scenarios, scientifically evaluate inspection results, effectively reduce inspection costs and manpower waste while ensuring product quality, formulate sampling plans suitable for the company's actual needs, and effectively improve the scientificity, rationality and economy of product inspection.
Training Benefits
- Be able to understand the basic concepts of sampling
- Understand risks in statistical sampling through OC curves, learn to correctly select various sampling plans for measurement values and count values, and apply them reasonably
- Understand the scientificity of sampling inspection and 100% inspection, implement inspection reasonably and economically, thereby effectively helping reduce quality costs, reduce human resource waste, and improve the effectiveness of product quality sampling inspection
