ENCourse Introduction
This course helps learners master the basic knowledge of Six Sigma breakthrough strategy and learn to use various Six Sigma tools. Learners can serve as project leaders to lead teams to complete Six Sigma green belt projects and help black belts implement projects. The course will also introduce basic knowledge and skills for introducing and promoting Six Sigma. Learners will learn to complete at least one Six Sigma project. The course lasts 5 days.
