This course is aimed at learners who already have a green belt foundation, further improving their Six Sigma capabilities to black belt level. Learners will study more advanced statistical tools, project management methods and team leadership skills, and be able to lead teams to complete complex Six Sigma projects and achieve business breakthroughs. The course lasts 10 days.
