This course systematically teaches the complete knowledge system and application methods of the old seven QC tools and the new seven QC tools. The old seven QC tools include check sheets, stratification, Pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams (characteristic cause-and-effect diagrams), scatter diagrams, histograms and control charts, mainly used for quantitative data analysis to assist problem identification and quality improvement. The new seven QC tools include relation diagrams, affinity diagrams (KJ method), systematic diagrams, matrix diagrams, matrix data analysis, PDPC method (process decision program chart method) and arrow diagrams (arrow diagram method), focusing on sorting out logical relationships from complex management problems, organizing information, and formulating strategies, and are more suitable for planning and decision-making scenarios of middle and senior management. Through a combination of theoretical explanation and case exercises, the course helps learners deeply understand the principles, applicable scenarios and operating steps of each tool, master the ability to flexibly select appropriate tools in different quality improvement scenarios, and effectively improve the practical level of quality problem analysis and solving.
