IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) is the international railway industry standard. Rev.04 places stricter requirements on quality management systems and introduces a gold-silver performance evaluation mechanism. This course is provided by TÜV SÜD Knowledge Service. It explains clause by clause the core requirements of IRIS Rev.04, combines process approach (COP/SP/MP) and KPI design to achieve clause implementation, cultivates internal auditors' ability to implement audits based on checklists and drive improvement, and helps learners more effectively understand standard requirements through positive and negative case studies in the railway industry.
