Course Introduction
FSSC 22000 food safety management system certification is a certification scheme based on the ISO framework, integrating the ISO 22000 standard, ISO 22002 prerequisite programmes (PRPs) and specific additional requirements, and has been recognized by GFSI. FSSC 22000 Version 7 was released on May 1, 2026, and the new version will be implemented from May 1, 2027. This training is provided by TÜV SÜD Knowledge Service. It explains clause by clause the seven major clauses of ISO 22000:2018 (organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement) and food safety hazard control measures, covering ISO 22002-100:2025 and ISO 22002-1:2025 prerequisite programmes and FSSC additional requirements. Combined with case analysis and internal audit technique exercises, participants who complete the training and pass the examination will be awarded the TÜV SÜD FSSC 22000 (Version 7) Internal Auditor Certificate.
