This course aims to help learners understand the application of quality management principles in the ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 D environment, and understand the quality management system related to the organization's products, including services and operational processes. By understanding application principles, audit procedures and methods, learners can conduct effective audits in the context of understanding the auditee's organizational situation, understand the application of rules and other matters involving the quality system, and implement audits. The course will also practice the necessary audit attitudes for effective and efficient management system audits.
