Course Introduction
Process audit was first proposed by the quality standard of the German Association of the Automotive Industry. As an important method for identifying strengths and weaknesses, it has been established for nearly 30 years and can analyze and evaluate the auditee's process capability in the automotive supply chain at the stages of sourcing, product development and product implementation. Integrating effective process audits into a company's quality management system helps meet IATF 16949 requirements. The 2023 process audit standard has been released. It is a revision of the 2016 version that has been used for many years and is the latest standard optimized on the basis of updates to many German quality management methods and standards, plus changes in automotive industry quality management trends in recent years.
