ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for Auditing Management System
Course Introduction
This course is based on the understanding of auditing according to ISO 19011:2018 and is divided into two parts: guidelines for audit management systems and changes from ISO 19011:2011 to ISO 19011:2018. The audit guidelines explain in detail the key concepts, terms, definitions and principles related to auditing ISO 19011:2018. Changes in the new version ISO 19011:2018 include updated terminology, the addition of a seventh audit principle, and minor changes to clauses 5 to 7.
