Interpretation of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
Course Introduction
In terms of complying with human rights and environmental protection obligations, global and complex supply chains face special challenges. The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) came into force in Germany on 1 January 2023, aiming to ensure that companies take clearer responsibility for human rights and environmental risks in their global supply chains.
This training helps participants understand the specific requirements of the LkSG, learn how to implement the due diligence process in eight steps, and identify, assess, prevent and respond to potential risks in the supply chain. Training duration: 60 minutes.
